"Downing Street Garage has been a compassionate and generous partner of Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver's for more than 5 years. They value Habitat's mission of building high-quality, energy-efficient homes in partnership with low-income families in the metro Denver community. The support that they give Habitat enables the organization to keep their vehicles running in a healthy way, which in turn increases efficiency and production and allows Habitat employees to build more homes and serve more families. As a well-respected, honest business that cares about the community in which they live and thrive, they demonstrate their compassion towards the community by supporting non-profit organizations like Habitat for Humanity. The contributions, donations and discounted labor and parts they have devoted to local nonprofits are benefiting the entire community." “When it comes to auto repair, I’ve always been a bit of a skeptic. Downing Street Garage (DSG) however has made me feel very comfortable with the work they perform and with the great personal service that I experience every time I visit their shop. It’s been nearly 5 years that I have been taking my 1998 4-Runner to DSG and they always take very good care of me and my SUV.”

"Doing business with Downing Street Garage is a like a handshake, you know what you are going to get, and they get the job done. My wife loves the shop too, it's clean and fun"!
We recommend that everyone who is considering a pre-owned vehicle take advantage of the DSG pre-purchase inspection to be sure you are getting the quality vehicle you are looking for at the very best price."
"One day I pulled into a parking space and ever so gently hit the retaining wall. I didn't think it was an issue until I realized that I had punctured my cars radiator. When I called AAA to find out about towing, I asked them what repair shop they recommended I use and they told me Downing Street Garage.
That's all I needed to hear, and am so glad that I trusted the Downing Street Garage team with my car. They did everything they said they'd do, when they said they would do it. Simply amazing!
They are small enough to give personal attention, but large enough to get the job done right. My thanks to the entire team!"

"After a late-night mechanical issue downtown with our 2001 Nissan Pathfinder, AAA recommended Downing Street Garage as one of the shops closest for the repair. After a late-night tow, we finally made it home to Highlands Ranch.
The next morning, I was planning on calling them to see what the next steps should be, but they beat me to it. They called me before I even got into the office. After discussing what was needed, they agreed to hit me back with an estimate ASAP. By 10:30 I had an estimate and approved them to make the needed repairs. They called me late in the afternoon and said the repairs had been completed and the car was ready.
I had a friend drop me off and went inside. When I was ready to pay, I was surprised that the total owed was less that the quote. It turns out that the repair went a bit more smoothly than expected, so the labor costs were slightly less. I paid and drove home thinking that this was possibly the best/most honest auto repair-experience I'd ever had.
This past year, we had a "Check Engine Light" show up on the dash. We also needed 150k service so I made an appointment for late in the week. I work in Lakewood and they made arrangements not only to drop me off at work that morning, but to call them if I needed a ride back. Again the service was fantastic and the experience was as positive as the first time.
We live in Highlands Ranch, but I work in Lakewood, while they're not the closest shop by any means, their devotion to getting the job done correctly and outstanding customer service has encouraged me to refer then to anyone who'll listen.
I'll continue to to go to them when the need arises.
P.S. The person who took me to work and picked me up the second time was Doug, one of the owners. That's customer service!"
Thanks, Brian Gritzmaker
"Thank you for the oil change. The service that Brad provided was exceptional! He was very professional and thorough about explaining the service. He also by let me know the details of the time frame required and answered my questions with interest. The experience was different because of Brad and the unique green approach your Garage offers. I would highly recommend others to experience The Downing Street Garage."
